Omitted records in data warehouse fact tables

We discovered an issue in DBT that causes a small fraction of records to not show up in data warehouse fact tables.

Customers may have been impacted via the Cloud’s Analytics dashboards, which include nominal numbers, for example in the summary section. These nominal values may have been inaccurate due to the missing records.

The root-cause issue causing the missing records was identified and a fix was put in place to prevent further records from being omitted. To address previously missing records backfills and migrations have been applied. Health checks have been put in place to guard against any future regressions of this kind.
